A Coaching Program Built for Leaders Who Are Done Guessing
The Purpose-Powered Performance™ Coaching Program is built on a simple but rarely practiced premise: that lasting leadership performance comes from clarity about who you are, not just what you do. The work always begins in the same place. A Personal Values Assessment establishes who you are and what drives you at your core. From there, I draw on a carefully selected range of leadership tools, including those from the Leadership Challenge and Brené Brown's Dare to Lead programs, based on what your specific situation calls for.
This isn’t an open-ended reflection. It’s a rigorous process, because the leaders I work with are too accomplished and ambitious for anything less. Every engagement is built around your specific leadership situation. The structure is consistent. The work is entirely your own.
Between sessions, you have unlimited access to me by email or phone. Knowing it's there changes how you show up to the work.
You won't leave with a stack of self-reflection exercises. You'll leave with clarity, direction, and a practical path forward that feels like your own.
